The PiiccoTM<\/sup> evaluation is a tool to obtain your athletic profile on five agility dimensions, on your strengths and elements to develop as well as your specialties as a player. There are multiple versions of the evaluation, including a short version (31 questions) and a long version (62 questions).<\/span><\/p>\n

It includes your self-evaluation (this questionnaire), the evaluation of your coach(es) and may also include the evaluation of the technical staff. All the data collected will be combined to create your personal PiiccoTM<\/sup> profile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Instructions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The PiiccoTM<\/sup> self-evaluation includes multiple questions. Most are multiple-choice with predefined answers, for example, on a scale of 1 to 10 and in some cases, with \u201cYes\u201d, \u201cNo\u201d, \u201cI don\u2019t know\u201d choices. The remaining \u201copen-ended\u201d questions will allow you to give a textual answer, i.e., answer them in your own words. These answers will be used to identify your strengths, the elements to be developed and comments.<\/span><\/p>\n

For multiple-choice questions, you will be asked to rate, using the scale below, how well the statement describes you, including your behaviour and actions, considering the expectations related to your age category and level of play.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each value of the scale equates to a level of mastery AND the frequency\/constancy with which the skill is demonstrated. Value 1 represents \u00ab beginner \u00bb level skill mastery, while value 10 represents \u00ab expert \u00bb level skill mastery.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/colgroup>\n\n\n\n\n

In the long version, you will be asked a question that evaluates the feedback you receive from your coach(es).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The time required to complete the PiiccoTM<\/sup> self-evaluation is estimated to be approximately 10-25 minutes depending on the version. It is recommended to complete it in one go. If, for various reasons, you need to take a break, you will be able to pick up where you left off, your answers are automatically saved as soon as they are entered.<\/span><\/p>\n

Keep in mind that this self-evaluation is not a test. Answer realistically, as honestly as possible, in order to get the full benefits of the PiiccoTM<\/sup> profile and develop your full player potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your PiiccoTM<\/sup> profile will be accessible online once everyone involved has completed their evaluation of you. You can also start a short self-evaluation that will be available as soon as it is completed.<\/span><\/p>\n
